Modern Bathroom Bespoke Build & Installation
Our clients, in Hertford wanted to make a truly luxurious bathroom where they could relax and bathe whilst enjoying the full beauty of their garden.
Their current bathroom just wasn’t large enough to make this a reality therefore, to give them the bathroom of their dreams we suggested that we convert an existing guest bedroom that was hardly used into a brand-new much larger bathroom. The old bathroom could then be converted by us into a study which would be much more useful for our clients.
To create the unobstructed view out into the garden that they desired, an existing window was removed and a larger opening was created to house French double doors. Luckily our clients are not overlooked therefore the bath could be positioned opposite the doors directly looking out onto the beautiful garden below.
The ‘Breeze’ bath by Waters was selected which is a beautiful centre piece to any bathroom. Its stylish yet comfortable design lends itself to a truly heavenly bathing experience. The bath is filled with the Villeroy & Boch Edition 400 bath filler in a brushed gold finish, with separate hand shower. Behind the bath the ‘Rye’ ladder radiator in black is perfectly positioned for bath towels and adds a contemporary touch. On the opposite side of the room you will find the beautiful freestanding ‘Alnwick’ vanity unit in pale rose.
The vanity unit is topped with a mineral cast worktop with inset basin and is fed by the wall mounted Keuco ‘Ixmo Pure’ basin mixer in brushed bronze. The Keuco ‘Royal Lumos’ LED illuminated mirror sits above with dimmable lighting and touch control sensors. Next to the mirror is the picture that inspired the colour scheme for the bathroom, a favourite of our clients and a must have in their new room.
