We are delighted to reveal that we have been announced as finalists in the ‘Property & Construction Project of the Year’ category of the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards 2023.
Launched in 2012, the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards focus on and celebrate the expertise, achievements and outstanding contribution that businesses and individuals continually make to the growth of the County.
About the renovation project
Our nomination is for a large home renovation project, detailed in the video above, recently completed in Potters Bar. The project involved completely refurbishing the client’s home from top to bottom in addition to building two small extensions at the property.
The finished project consisted of a new kitchen and utility room, four bedrooms with fitted furniture, three bathrooms, and two living rooms with new fires installed. We rewired the electrics throughout the entire house and fitted a new heating and hot water system, and internal steel work. We replastered the whole house and re-insulated several areas of it. We took care of the windows and doors, fitted new internal doors, skirting and flooring throughout and took care of all aspects of the interior design including decorating, curtains, blinds, upholstery and light-fittings to all rooms.
Our hard work has paid off!
