The Dobsons Journey

Start

The start of every project usually begins with a visit to our Cheshunt showroom where you can meet our team, see our products and get a feel for what we are about.

Second

If you like what you see in our showroom, the next step is for a either a site visit to be arranged or for an appointment to be made for you to bring in your architects plans if it’s an area yet to be built.

Third

After this visit, where our designers will discuss in depth your requirements and take measurements, we will come away to create a quotation and in the case of kitchens and bathrooms 3D CAD drawings showing exactly what your new space will look like.

Forth

We will then invite you back into our showroom to present your quotation and drawings to you and if necessary make any further amendments.

Fifth

If at this stage or a later date you were to decide to proceed with your quotation then we would take a deposit, schedule a provisional date for the installation and arrange a visit from our project manager who would then see your project through to completion.

Throughout the whole process we are working with you to create your dream and our team are always on hand to help and advise.
