Your next step will be to make an appointment to visit our showroom where you’ll be able to talk to one of our kitchen designers (What to expect when you visit the Dobsons Showroom in Cheshunt). You’ll undoubtedly have chosen a shortlist of favourites from the brochure, but as a new luxury kitchen is a huge purchase, you’re obviously going to want to see the units in real life before you make a commitment.
We therefore have all our quality product offerings on display in our Cheshunt showroom where we showcase cabinets, worktops, furniture, materials, flooring, etc. We also have luxury bathrooms as well as windows and doors, to give you the complete picture.
During your visit, you will talk to one of our experienced designers about your ideas for your new bespoke kitchen, the look you would like to achieve and how you’ll be using the space on a day-to-day basis.
Our aim is to transform your kitchen into a functional and stylish space that will fit in perfectly with your lifestyle. We’ll explain the end-to-end process, taking you through how we work and what the estimated timeline is likely to be, so you understand what you’re signing up for.

Home visit
Once you’ve decided that we’re the right company for you, your designer, along with our team of experienced kitchen renovators, will arrange to visit your home to do a site survey. Alternatively, we will be happy to work from your architect’s plans if your new kitchen is part of a bigger project, though please talk to us about home renovations too!
Design
Once we understand what you want your dream luxury kitchen to be like, the extent of the work you are requesting and the dimensions of the new space, we will begin the design process. Our expert designers are all experienced specialists in creating bespoke kitchens and luxury bathrooms, and their attention to detail is second to none.
They keep up-to-date with the latest developments in luxury kitchen technology and appliances, which means they will be able to make suggestions for kitchen equipment you may never have heard of but will make your life so much easier.
With a keen eye for detail, they will make sure every inch of your new room will be practical and beautiful, and not an inch of space will be wasted. They will also help you plan the interior design.
Your designer will create a 3D computer visualisation of your new kitchen, which will enable you to ‘walk’ through it. They will meet with you to talk you through their design and get your comments on it. With the detailed design signed off, we will be able to give you a comprehensive quote for the overall project, including timelines.
Installation
You will be assigned a project manager who will look after the installation of your new luxury kitchen. Your project manager will oversee the installation by our experienced kitchen fitters who are all renowned for their high standards of craftsmanship.
Your project manager will also liaise with any other tradespeople who are working on your project, for example, builders if you are having building work done at the same time.
Move into your new luxury kitchen!
Once the installation has been completed to the highest standard, your new luxury bespoke kitchen will be ready for use. The end result will be a quality kitchen that will last for years.
